1 General Bonus Terms & Conditions
1.1 Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which are published on the BetGoals Casino promotions page under each promotion descriptive text.
1.2 By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus/es offered by BetGoals Casino, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general promotions/bonus terms and conditions which are listed here under.
1.3 In the event that a player does not understand how the promotion works, if he is eligible to participate, or does not understand the terms and conditions, the player can contact a member of BetGoals Casino’s Customer Support via email or live chat for a more detailed explanation.
1.4 In case of any dispute, the decision taken by BetGoals Casino’s management is final

1.8 Only one bonus per promotional offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. BetGoals Casino reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account.
1.9 When accepting a deposit bonus, the players deposited amount will go to cash balance and bonus amount are placed into bonus balance. Take note, the first balance used for bets it will be always the cash first and then bonus balance.
1.10 Should the player desire to opt out of any forthcoming campaigns, bonuses, and other related offers, they should reach out to BetGoals dedicated customer support team. They will be pleased to assist with the request.
1.11 In case you failed to claim a deposit bonus, or forgot to do so, and intend to play with the bonus, you must contact Customer support prior placing any bets and ask to adjust your balance.
1.12 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus on BetGoals portal is 20 €/ R$130 / 30 CAD/ 200 NOK/ 34 NZD or equivalent in another currency. 1.13 Any winnings from spins or game rounds initiated with bonus funds but completed with real money after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited, will be removed and may result in your account being closed for bonus abuse.
1.14 Unless otherwise stated, classic deposit/reload bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement is 35x deposit + bonus amount before the funds can be withdrawn.

1.18 If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.
1.19 Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance (unless otherwise stated in the special promotions below).
1.20 If an active bonus is forfeited before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus balance or cash balance will be forfeited.
1.21 Bonuses offered by BetGoals Casino are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse, BetGoals Casino reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. 1.22 Until bonuses are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole player account balance.
1.23 BetGoals Casino reserves the right to ban a player from receiving the promotions at any time.
1.24 Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfilment. For example if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet R$50, R$50 will contribute towards wagering fulfilment.

1.26 Slot games Scrooge, Devil's Delight and Bloodsuckers, Scrooge Megaways and Bloodsuckers Megaways are excluded from all bonus promotions. If a player plays these games whilst wagering a bonus, the bets placed on these slot games will be deducted from the player’s real money balance (if available) and they will not contribute towards wagering fulfilment of the pending bonus. 1.27 For Sports, bets on the same event within the same market or bets on the same event but within different markets in which both cancel each other, will not be valid towards Rollover.

1.29 Betgoals.com reserves the right to ban a player from participating in promotions at its own discretion at any time.

2. Bonus play-through requirements
2.1 As bonuses are essentially free money in your account, certain rules are imposed to prevent instant or near-instant withdrawals. These rules are called "play-through", "wagering requirement" or "rollover", depending on the casino.
